Returns and Exchanges

At Presentshopshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of stationery and art supplies. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized stationery items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@presentshopshop.cv or call +16503501990 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided with the return authorization number clearly visible

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
